Transfer a Chat to Another Agent or Skill

You can transfer chats to other agents who also have the chat skillClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge assigned to them by your manager.

  1. Click Transfer in the window of the chat you want to transfer.
  2. In the Transfer to... window, type the name of the skill or agent you want to handle the chat. Click the name of the skill or agent.
