Transfer a Chat to Another Agent or Skill
You can transfer chats to other agents who also have the chat skillClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge assigned to them by your manager.
- Click Transfer in the window of the chat you want to transfer.
- In the Transfer to... window, type the name of the skill or agent you want to handle the chat. Click the name of the skill or agent.
