If you currently have a previous version of Power Agent installed on your computer, uninstall it.
- Click Admin → Support → Software and Updates.
- Review the terms of use and click Agree.

Click PowerAgentNetSetup.msi. The default installation path for the application is C:\Program Files\inContact\PowerAgentNet.
- Run the .exe file to start the installation.
- Open Power Agent from your desktop or from the Windows start menu.
- Log in to Power Agent using your Central credentials.
When you install updates, existing interface customizations, such as toolbar icons, reset.
