Promise Keeper Overview
The Promise Keeper panel allows you to schedule a time for you specifically or for any agent in the skillClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge to call the contact back at a later time. You can schedule the callbackHolds a customer's place in queue and automatically calls the customer when they move to the front of the queue. for a certain number of minutes from now or for a specific date and time. The promise keeper displays a list of promises that are relevant to you, including the name of the contact, the time the callback is scheduled to occur, and whether the callback is assigned to you or to the skill.
