Barge In on an Agent's Call

The Thin Agent supervisor tool allows you to listen to agent's active calls and enter those calls as needed. When you barge in on a call, both the agent and contact can hear you.

  1. In Thin Agent toolbar, click the supervisor icon. A list of all your agents currently engaged in active calls appears in the Supervisor panel.
  2. Click a row to listen to the current call. The agent and contact cannot hear you.
  3. Click Barge. The agent and contact can now hear you.
  4. To return to only listening to the call, click Monitor.
  5. To stop listening to the call, click Stop Monitoring.
