Click Admin → Support → Software and Updates.

Read the licensing agreement and click Accept.

Click the correct softphone application for your needs:
- CXone_Softphone_5.4.0.4_95954.exe — Individual download for Windows PC.
- CXone_Softphone_5.4.0.4_95953.dmg — Individual download for iOS (Apple/Mac).
- CXone_Softphone_5.4.0.4_95954.msi — Package for automated installations on Windows PC.
- If prompted, save or run the file; otherwise, the download runs automatically.
- Click Yes to allow the softphone installer to make changes to your computer.
- Select the language to use during the installation from the drop-down. Click OK.
- Follow the steps in the softphone setup wizard to complete the installation.
