Assign Skills to a Campaign

Required security profile permissions: Campaigns Edit

1. Click Routing → Campaigns.
2. Click a campaignA grouping of skills used to run reports. to open it.
3. When the campaign opens, click the Skills tab.
4. In the Add Skills section, select the checkboxes next to the skillsClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge you want to assign to the campaign.
5. Click Add Skills. The selected skills will move to the Assigned Skills section.

Skills assigned to the campaign will be listed in the Assigned Skills section. Any new skills you create should be immediately available in the Add Skills.
