Most of the historical widgets generate data for Agents, Agent Stats, Unavailable Stats, Contact Stats, etc. The Other State Statistics report generates data for other types of information. This report needs to be printed in horizontal format to display the information correctly.
This widget contains counts for various metrics which can be measured by time or quantity. The ones measured in time are displayed in seconds.
Sometimes, supervisors are looking for data that is a little less frequently used. Using data types requested from other users, this widget provides statistics that might be useful to the advanced user.
