When you create a custom report with a schedule that runs the report automatically, you can also specify a list of recipients. NICE inContact automatically emails the generated report to the contacts or email addresses you provide.

Email To

Email Recipients

Selects the recipients of the report.

External Email Addresses

Specifies any recipients of the report who are not users in your environment. You can specify multiple email address by delimiting them with a semicolon.

Secure File Transfer

SFTP Account

Selects a previously created SFTP account connection as the location to store the report.
