Activate/Deactivate a Data Download Report Schedule

Required security profile permissions: Report Schedules Deactivate

When you create a new data download report schedule, you must activate it to begin generating reports on the schedule. If you decide later that you want to stop a schedule from running a data download report, you can deactivate it. Additionally, you must deactivate a data download report schedule to modify it, then activate it to resume activity.

Activate a Data Download Report Schedule

1. Click Reporting/Analytics → Data Download → Schedules → Report Schedules.

2. Locate the data download report schedule you want to activate. Click the schedule to open it.

3. Click Activate.

Deactivate a Data Download Report Schedule

1. Click Reporting/Analytics → Data Download → Schedules → Report Schedules.

2. Locate the data download report schedule you want to deactivate. Click the schedule to open it.

3. Click Deactivate.
