Required security profile permissions: Billing Report View
The Users tab shows the number of users being used for the date range.
- The green bar represents the peak number of configured, active users for the date range.
- The red line represents the limit of users allowed in the business unitHigh-level organizational grouping used to manage technical support, billing, and global settings for your NICE inContact environment. If the number of users reaches the limit, then additional users cannot be created.
- The gray bars represent the number of configured, active users for the Business Unit.
