The Forced Agent Logouts report shows which users have been manually logged out from the platform during a selected timeframe.
You can also force a logout from the Active Agents report.
While many reasons exist for the need to manually log an agent out of the system, the most common one is that agents forget to log out at the end of their shift. However, seeing which agents are constantly forced off the system for one reason or another may require that an agent needs to be reprimanded or needs to receive additional training.

| Logout Agent Number | The Agent ID of the agent with the forced logout |
| Logout Agent Name | The first and last name of the agent with the forced logout |
| Logout by Agent No | The Agent ID of the user who logged the agent out |
| Logout by Agent Name | The first and last name of the user who logged the agent out |
| Logout Date | The date and time the forced logout occurred |
