The General Health report provides a comprehensive view of performance, generally as it relates to a supervisor and their entire agent team. The graphing capabilities allow for a quick trend-based view. The report output displays as shown below:
The Report Output is divided into three sections. The first part displays a graph, showing the percentage of ‘Very Satisfied’ answers received for the selected agents within the provided date range. The graph bars are structured by week. The second part displays a grid view of the performance data broken out by agent. The third part displays open-ended customer comments associated to the included agents.
The General Health report gives an overview of your contact center performance, specifically for supervisors and teams. This kind of data enables your management to determine the best ways to improve performance of the contact center as a whole and the performance of specific employees.
