Required security profile permissions: Outbound Report Store Supervisor View
The DNC Audit Report, available in the Outbound Report Store, displays the do not call group requests including active and expired records based on the phone number you enter.
- Date
- The date and time the action occurred.
- Source
- The description of where the action occurred.
- Expiration
- The date the record expires. NULL means the record has no expiration date or the column is not applicable to the record.
- Notes
- The comments or notes captured during the event.
- Group Name
- The name of the do not call group associated with the action.
- Skill Name
- The name of the skillClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge associated with the action, if applicable.
- Agent No
- The unique identifier of the agent who performed the action.
- First Name
- The first name of the agent who performed the action.
- Last Name
- The last name of the agent who performed the action.
- ContactId
- The unique contact identifier associated with the entry.
