You cannot run the Port Utilization Report for more than a 24 hour period.

Use the Port Utilization Report to view the number of portsWhere information transfers, over a network, between a computer and a server. being used over time to fulfill work for specific skillsClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge. With information from this report, your administrator can decide which skills can run simultaneously without exceeding the maximum number of ports (as defined at implementation). At any time, you can contact your Customer Success Manager to discuss the purchase of additional ports.

Port Utilization is one of the Personal Connection Outbound reports available from the Outbound Report Store.

Columns

Column Description
Date Date the port is in use.
Time Time the port is in use.
Agent Count Number of agents logged into the system.
Total Initiated Number of portsWhere information transfers, over a network, between a computer and a server. of the available ports that were active during the selected timeframe.
No Ports The maximum number of ports in use during the selected timeframe.
Percent of Initiated Percent of total available ports that were active during the selected timeframe.
Skills Included skillsClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge that were running during the selected timeframe.
