The Supervisor Comparison report provides a graphical side-by-side view of team performance by supervisor for up to three supervisors. Agent data is aggregated up to the supervisor level, allowing the report user to obtain a comprehensive view of a supervisor’s team performance. This report can provide a gauge of supervisor performance and effectiveness versus peers.
The supervisor can use this report to see how teams are performing in relation to each other, providing insight into supervisor/agent performance vs. their peers.
