Security Profile Reports Tab: Workforce Optimization Call Recording Permissions

When you create a new security profile, or modify an existing one, you can determine the reports users with the security profile can run. This topic details the reports you can enable in the Call Recording section of the Workforce Optimization reporting modal.
Call Reports
Enables users to run reports based on call detail data.
Enables users to run their own call recordingsDigital recording of a conversation between a caller and an agent. or to view call recordings of agents from groups to which they have permissions.
By default, the Manager, Supervisor, and Agent system security profiles have the following permissions enabled:
