Required security profile permissions: Security Profile Edit
This tab is only available when your environment is NICE inContact WFO-enabled. When you create a new security profile, or modify an existing security profile, you can determine what kind of control users have over the specified components.

Manage Agent Schedules
Enables users to:
- View — View and filter the table of schedules on the Manage Agent Schedules page and to see the Calendar → Manage Agent Schedules link in the WFMv2 Workstation menu.
- Edit — Manage agent schedules, upload new agent schedules, and add and manage exception requests.
