Required security profile permissions: Security Profile Edit
This tab is only available when your environment is NICE inContact WFO-enabled. When you create a new security profile, or modify an existing security profile, you can determine what kind of control users have over the specified components.
Forecast Runs
Enables users to:
- Create — Create new forecast runs from the New Forecast Run and Manage Forecast Runs pages and to see the Forecaster → New Forecast Run and Manage Forecast Runs links in the WFMv2 Portal menu.
- List Others — View forecast runs created by other users in the list on the Manage Forecast Runs page.
- View Others — View details of forecast runs created by other users.
- Edit Others — Modify forecast runs created by other users.
- Delete Others — Delete forecast runs created by other users.
By default, the Manager, Supervisor, and Agent system security profiles have the following permissions enabled:

Forecast Profiles
