Required security profile permissions: Security Profile Edit
This tab is only available when your environment is NICE inContact WFO-enabled. When you create a new security profile, or modify an existing security profile, you can determine what kind of control users have over the Operating Hours module.
Stream Operating Hours
Enables users to:
- View — View the operating hours on the Manage Stream Operating Hours page and to see the Operating Hours → Stream link in the WFMv2 Portal menu.
- Edit — Modify the stream operating hours.
By default, the Manager, Supervisor, and Agent system security profiles have the following permissions enabled:

Organizational Unit Operating Hours
Enables users to:
- View — View the operating hours on the Manage Organizational Unit Operating Hours page and to see the Operating Hours → Organizational Unit link in the WFMv2 Portal menu.
- Edit — Modify the organizational unit operating hours.
By default, the Manager, Supervisor, and Agent system security profiles have the following permissions enabled:
