Required security profile permissions: Security Profile Edit
This tab is only available when your environment is NICE inContact WFO-enabled. When you create a new security profile, or modify an existing security profile, you can determine what kind of control users have over the specified components.
Schedule Runs
Enables users to:
- Create — Create new schedule runs from the New Schedule Run and Manage Schedule Run pages and to see the Scheduler → New Schedule Run and Manage Schedule Runs links in the WFMv2 Portal menu.
- List Others — View the schedule runs of other users in the list on the Manage Schedule Runs page.
- View Others — View details about the schedule runs of other users.
- Edit Others — Edit the schedule runs of other users.
- Delete — Delete the schedule runs of other users.
- Copy — Copy existing schedule runs to create new ones.
By default, the Manager, Supervisor, and Agent system security profiles have the following permissions enabled:
