Required security profile permissions: Security Profile Edit
This tab is only available when your environment is NICE inContact WFO-enabled. When you create a new security profile, or modify an existing security profile, you can determine the power users with the security profile have over the vacation planning tool.
Bid Groups Periods and Vacation Profiles
Enables users to:
- Edit — Modify and delete existing bidding groups, bidding periods, and vacation profiles and create new ones, and to see the Vacation Planner links in the WFMv2 Portal menu.
- Administrator — Manage bidding groups, bidding periods, and vacation profiles.
By default, the Manager, Supervisor, and Agent system security profiles have the following permissions enabled:
