Security Profile WFM Tab: WFM Workstation Operations Permissions
Required security profile permissions: Security Profile Edit
This tab is only available when your environment is NICE inContact WFO-enabled. When you create a new security profile, or modify an existing security profile, you can determine what kind of control users have over the specified components.
Update Forecasts
Enables users to:
- View —
- Edit —
By default, the Manager, Supervisor, and Agent system security profiles have the following permissions enabled:

Performance
Enables users to:
- View — View the performance and staffing charts on the Performance Optimizer page and to see the Operations → Performance link in the WFMv2 Workstation menu.
- Edit — Set parameters and run reports on the Performance Optimizer page.
