Required security profile permissions: Security Profile Edit
This tab is only available when your environment is NICE inContact WFO-enabled. When you create a new security profile, or modify an existing security profile, you can determine what kind of control users have over the specified components.
Workflow Templates
Enables users to create new workflow templates and to see the WF Manager → Configure Workflow Templates link in the WFMv2 Portal menu.
By default, the Manager, Supervisor, and Agent system security profiles have the following permissions enabled:

Work Orders
Enables users to create new work orders and edit or delete existing ones and to see the WF Manager → Manage Work Orders link in the WFMv2 Portal menu.

My Work Order Assignments
Enables users to edit or delete their own work order assignments and to see the WF Manager → My Work Order Assignments link in the WFMv2 Portal menu.

Work Order Report
Enables users to apply parameters and run the work order report on the Work Order Report page and to see the WF Manager → Work Order Report link in the WFMv2 Portal menu.
