This tab is only available when your environment is NICE inContact WFO-enabled. When you create a new security profile, or modify an existing security profile, you can determine the power users with the security profile have over WFO tools and settings.
Core Functions
Enables users to access the Core Functions page in NICE inContact WFO, where they can work with recording schedules and various configuration settings. Additional settings may affect the options available to the user on this page.
By default, the Manager, Supervisor, and Agent system security profiles have the following permissions enabled:
