Disable Post-contact Work for a Skill

Required security profile permissions: Skills Edit

If you no longer want to have agents do post-contact work while working in a certain skill, you can disable it.

  1. Click RoutingSkills.

  2. Click a skillClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge to open it.
  3. Click the Post Contact tab.

  4. Select the None radio button.

  5. Click Save.
