Disable Post-contact Work for a Skill
Required security profile permissions: Skills Edit
If you no longer want to have agents do post-contact work while working in a certain skill, you can disable it.

Click Routing → Skills.
- Click a skillClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge to open it.

Click the Post Contact tab.

Select the None radio button.
- Click Save.
