Station Login History Tab
Required security profile permissions: Agent Station View
"Station" is the NICE inContact term for a physical device where an agent communicates with contacts, such as a phone or workstation. When agents log in to their agent application, they enter the station ID assigned to the device they are using. These logins are tracked by the system and displayed on the Login History tab of the station's record.
Informational Fields
- Phone Number
- Displays the phone number associated with the login.
- Caller ID
- Displays the Caller ID associated with the login.
- Agent Name
- Displays the name of the agent who logged in.
- Login Date
- Displays the date and time of the login.
