Required security profile permissions: Teams View
You can specify which available features and products you want members of a team to access. These features are those enabled for your business unitFile format associated with Microsoft Excel; may also be expressed as .xlsx that are billed per seat. When you enable the feature or product for a team, you are billed for that feature for each member of the team.
The features that are available here to enable for your team depend on what features and products you have enabled in your business unit. If you want certain features available that are not currently, contact your NICE inContact account manager.
