Required security profile permissions: Teams View
- Team ID
- The unique, numeric ID automatically assigned to the team on creation.
- Team Name
- The unique, descriptive name of the team.
- Status
- Whether the team is currently Active or Inactive.
- Features
- The feature columns, such as inView, WFO, and Analytics, indicate whether the billable-per-seat feature is Enabled. To make certain features available for you to enable for certain teams, contact your NICE inContact account manager.
