Required security profile permissions: Data Points Edit
This functionality is currently only available with NICE inContact WFO and ECHO.
Data Point Information
- Name
- Allows you to specify a unique name for the data point.
- Description
- Allows you to provide internal comments about the data point, up to a maximum of 200 characters.
Data Point Mapping
- Category
- Allows you to specify the category for the data point. Possible values are:
- Form
- Allows you to select the specific form for the data point. Select from a drop-down list of available evaluation or survey forms specific to your chosen Category.
- Questions
- Allows you to select a specific question for the data point. Select from a drop-down list of available questions based on your selected evaluation or survey Form. You can only select one question per data point.
