Settings
- Activity
- Allows you to specify which events trigger an email notification. The events, and when they occur, are:
- Automatic Rule Checks — Occurs when an agent meets an automatic rule’s conditions and triggers the configured action
- Pending Rule Actions — Occurs when an agent meets the conditions of a non-automatic rule and the action requires review and approval to occur
- Modified Rules — Occurs when a user modifies a rule
- Modified Settings — Occurs when a user modifies any fields on the Notification Settings page
- eLearning/Coaching Assignments — This item is not currently available.
- Allows you to specify up to three email addresses, delimited by commas, to which WFI sends the email notifications configured in Activity. You cannot set up different email addresses for different events. The email addresses you enter will receive notifications triggered by every selected activity.
- Frequency
- Specifies how frequently the recipient(s) entered in Email receive notification emails.
The options are:
- Immediate — Sends individual notifications as the events occur
- Every __ Hour(s) — Sends accumulated notifications in a single email after a specified hourly interval, such as every 3 hours
- Every __ Day(s) — Sends accumulated notifications in a single email after a specified daily interval, such as every 5 days.
- Starting At __:__
- Allows you to specify the date and time when the notification settings become effective. If you select Immediate for Frequency, this setting is disabled.
