Transcript Export

The Transcript Export feature allows you to export transcripts for all email, voice, and chat contacts.

  1. Select the Analytics Home page.
  2. Select your preferred topicA set of voice, email, or chat transcriptions from your contact center that spans a specific period of time and matches your specified filter criteria..
  3. Using the Filters pane (indicated by a blue funnel in the top right corner of the screen), narrow down your results.
  4. Click on the data point you would like to export.
  5. Click Show Contacts.
  6. Select the contact you want to export.
  7. Click the blue Export button located in the top right hand corner.
  8. The file saves to your computer as a .csv file.
  9. Click the gray X to close the window.
