Transcript Export
The Transcript Export feature allows you to export transcripts for all email, voice, and chat contacts.
- Select the Analytics Home page.
- Select your preferred topicA set of voice, email, or chat transcriptions from your contact center that spans a specific period of time and matches your specified filter criteria..
- Using the Filters pane (indicated by a blue funnel in the top right corner of the screen), narrow down your results.
- Click on the data point you would like to export.
- Click Show Contacts.
- Select the contact you want to export.
- Click the blue Export button located in the top right hand corner.
- The file saves to your computer as a .csv file.
- Click the gray X to close the window.
