SMS Workspace

The NICE inContact CXone Inbound Short Message Service (SMS) application allows you to handle incoming texts initiated by the contact. CXone Inbound SMS relies on work item routing for contact delivery. You can respond to and maintain a two-way conversation with a contact for the duration of the conversation. The CXone Inbound SMS workspace is presented in MAX as a contact panel (with panels enabled) or in a separate browser tab. Panels should be enabled for the best CXone Inbound SMS experience.
