Use Keypad Tones During a Call
The Keypad Tones window allows you to send touch-tone signals that are recognized by IVRInteractive Voice Response; an automated phone menu that allows callers to interact through voice commands, key inputs, or both, to obtain information, route an inbound voice call, or both. phone menus. The keypad tones icon is only available during an active call, and is not available on a conference call. To use keypad tones during a call, follow these steps.
You cannot use keypad tones during a conference call.

Click Keypad Tones.

Using your mouse, enter the touch-tone signal numbers. When done, click Keypad Tones again to close the window.
