Launch MAX

1. Log in to your platform and hover over the left panel.
2. Click Launch Agent.
3. Associate your phone with MAX by doing one of the following:
   • Click Set Phone Number and enter your phone number
   • Click Set Station ID and type the station ID.
   • Click Integrated Softphone.
4. (OPTIONAL) Select the Remember Me checkbox if you always want to use the same phone information for MAX.
5. Click Continue.
6. (OPTIONAL) Click the Connect icon in the Agent Leg - Inactive field to the contact center platform and handle voice contacts.
