The event log contains a table of the most recent events to occur in your MAX session.
- Current Session
- A list of the most recent events to occur in your sessions in MAX. Each entry includes the date and time at which the event occurred and the name of the event.
- Clear
- Clears the event log. You cannot recover events from the log when it has been cleared. Clearing the log is not usually necessary, but NICE inContact Technical Support may request that you do so to help in the troubleshooting process.
