Unpark an Email

Unparked contacts return to your personal queue for redelivery upon completion of an active contact.

  1. Click Inbox (indicated by an envelope and clock icon) to view your list of parked email contacts.

  2. Click one of the listed parked emails to display the email in a parked state in the inbox.

    Your parked email contacts are also viewable from the email pane by clicking Inbox.

  3. Click Unpark to Queue (indicated by a envelope with a clock face icon) to return the email to the queue for the skill.
