Mask During a Call
If the call is being recorded, the Mask feature allows you to generate white noise (only in the recording) during parts of the call that might contain sensitive information.
In case your organization does server-side recordings, the mask feature is available even when you are not manually recording.
You cannot mask a contact during a conference call. You also cannot use the keypad tones while masking.

Hover your cursor over the arrow in the colored part of the call control panel and then click Mask (indicated by the circle with a slash icon).
- To stop masking, click Mask again.
