Place a Call on Hold

A call that is on hold cannot be disconnected from your Agent for Salesforce session. A contact cannot be placed on hold during a conference call.

  1. Hover your cursor over the arrow in the colored part of the call control panel and then click Hold (indicated by the pause icon).

  2. To resume the call, hover your cursor over the arrow in the colored part of the call control panel and then click Resume (indicated by a play icon). Notice that Disconnect is disabled while a call is on hold.
