Log In to Single Sign On

You may use a third party application or Salesforce as your identity provider to automatically authenticate you to the Agent for Salesforce platform. Administrators must first enable the single sign on (SSO) feature before you can log in using SSO for the first time.

Salesforce User Linked to NICE inContact User

If your NICE inContact user has already been mapped to your Salesforce user by your administrator, no additional steps are required to log in.

  1. Navigate to login.salesforce.com.

  2. Enter your Salesforce credentials.

  3. Click Log In.

Salesforce User Not Linked to NICE inContact User

If your NICE inContact user has not been previously mapped to your Salesforce user by your administrator, you must first link them in Central before logging in to Salesforce for the first time. If you do not link your users, a duplicate Central user is created with no associated data.

  1. Log in to Central.
  2. Hover over the icons on the left of the screen and wait for the pane to pop out. Under My Account, click your name.

  3. Click Link Account.

  4. The Salesforce login is displayed.

  5. Enter your Salesforce credentials.

  6. Click Log In.

No Preexisting NICE inContact User

If you do not have a preexisting NICE inContact user, contact your administrator for your new NICE inContact user. This user is already mapped to your Salesforce user.

  1. Enter your Salesforce credentials.

  2. Click Log In.
