You must enter your login credentials the first time you launch Agent for Salesforce whether you are using Salesforce Classic or the Lightning Experience. After your initial log in, you can choose to automatically launch Agent for Salesforce when you open Salesforce.

Enter your Agent Name, Password, and Phone Number or Station ID.

To automatically log in to Agent for Salesforce each time you open Salesforce, check Enable Automatic Login.

Select Enable Tooltips to display specific information about each user interface icon when you hover your mouse over the icons.

Click Save.

To log out of Agent for Salesforce, click Options → Logout.. Logging out of Salesforce will not automatically log you out of
