Properties
- DigitSequence
- The series of digits that NICE inContact should play. Any of the following digits may be used: 0123456789#*. Also, two characters allow for pauses in between pulses. The comma (,) represents a short pause, and the period (.) represents a long pause. The durations for these can be adjusted in the Short Pause and Long Pause properties.
- ToneDuration(ms)
- The length of time each tone should be played (in milliseconds).
- ToneSpacing(ms)
- The length of time to wait between each tone (in milliseconds).
