Configure and Connect Your Agent Leg
To use the Supervisor telephony functions, you must configure and connect your agent legAn active piece of a call that connects between routers, gateways, or telephony devices.. If you attempt to initiate a telephony function and you have not connected your agent leg, Supervisor asks you to connect.
Configure Your Agent Leg

Hover over the agent information tab in the upper left corner of the interface. A broken link indicates that your agent legAn active piece of a call that connects between routers, gateways, or telephony devices. is not connected.

From the expanded agent information area, click either the broken link or settings icon.

From the drop-down, select Phone Number or Station ID and type the corresponding phone number or station ID in the field provided. Click OK.

To connect the configured agent leg, click the broken link.
The agent leg connects using the phone number or station ID you provided during configuration. The Agent Information tab displays a green connected link icon when your agent leg is connected.
