Handle a Voicemail
If you are unavailable to take a call, a customer can leave you a voicemail. NICE inContact Agent for Oracle Service Cloud delivers the voicemail as an inbound contact.

Accept the delivered voicemail message, as you would another inbound contact.
- Transfer the voicemail to another agent by clicking Transfer and then selecting the agent to whom you want to transfer the voicemail.
- Click Pause to pause the voicemail at anytime.
Click Resume to continue listening to the voicemail.
- Click Dial Pad to initiate a call back to the customer who left the voicemail. For more information, see
Dial an Outbound Call with the Dial Pad.

When finished, click Delete.
