Exporting a conversation compiles the messages of a conversation and message details (sender, date, time stamp) into a .txt file, which is compatible to view or edit with Notepad or Wordpad programs.
- Click Account → Messaging Admin.
- Use the various search filters to find a specific conversation. The search results will appear under the Conversations, System Flag, or Admin Flag category tabs.
- Select a conversation.
- Click the Export icon on the top right of the page to download the compiled .txt file.
