The automated outbound dialer automatically places calls for you and connects you to a call once it starts ringing. The following describes all buttons and fields available in the Automated Outbound window.
- Select Skill
- Drops down a list of all the outbound phone skills assigned to you. You must select one to enable the Login button.
- Login
- Logs you into the selected outbound phone skill. When you click Login, the automated outbound dialer immediately begins placing calls.
- Fax
- Indicates the number dialed is a fax machine. The dialer detects this automatically after a few seconds, but the Fax button lets you mark the number move on to the next call instantly.
- Machine
- Indicates the number dialed is an answering machine. The dialer detects this automatically after a few seconds, but the Machine button lets you mark the number move on to the next call instantly.
