Required security profile permissions: External Business Unit View, Business Unit Acceptable File Extensions View
The Accepted Extensions tab enables files with the specified extensions to be received as attachments in the Agent applications.
Fields
- Extension
- Specifies a new file extension to add to the list of accepted extensions for the business unitFile format associated with Microsoft Excel; may also be expressed as .xlsx. You must begin the file extension with a period (.) and click Add to place the new file extension to the Accepted Extensions for Business Unit table.

- The file extension allowed to be received as an attachment in Agent, beginning with the '.' prefix.
Buttons
- Remove
- Removes selected file extensions from the Accepted Extensions for Business Unit table. Agent applications in the business unitFile format associated with Microsoft Excel; may also be expressed as .xlsx can no longer receive files with those extensions.
- Remove All
- Removes all file extensions from the Accepted Extensions for Business Unit table. Agent applications in the business unit can no longer receive files.
