Required security profile permissions: External Business Unit View, Business Unit Integration/Support User View
The Integration/Support Users tab displays a list of users that are assigned to the business unitFile format associated with Microsoft Excel; may also be expressed as .xlsx to provide technical support or help set up the environment. Only a NICE inContact account manager can access integration or support users.
Assigned Users
- ID
- The unique, system-generated ID assigned to the support or integration user on creation.
- First Name
- The first name of the support or integration user.
- Last Name
- The last name of the support or integration user.
- Security Profile
- The name of the security profile assigned to the support or integration user.
- Status
- The current status of the support or integration user, which is either Active or Inactive.
