Create a Campaign

Required security profile permissions: Campaigns Create

1. Click Routing → Campaigns.
2. Click Create New.
3. Enter a value in the Campaign Name field.
4. Click Create Campaign.

After you create a campaign, you must assign skills to the campaign so the skillsClassification used to facilitate the delivery of contacts; assigned to agents based on abilities, specialties, and knowledge will be included in reporting.
