Chat Profile Points of Contact Tab

Agents can participate in chat sessions as a medium of communication (also known as a channel) in your contact center. Chat profiles allow you to customize the appearance of the customer chat interface used by one or more points of contact.
This topic explains the Points of Contact tab in a chat profile, where you can view the chat points of contact assigned to a chat profile, quickly assign the chat profile to—and remove it from—existing points of contact, or both.
Assigned Points of Contact
- Point of Contact
- The unique, system-generated code for the chat point of contact assigned to the chat profile.
- Name
- The unique, user-assigned name of the chat point of contact assigned to the chat profile.
Add Points of Contact
- Point of Contact
- The unique, system-generated code for the chat point of contact.
- Name
- The unique, user-assigned name of the chat point of contact.
- Profile Name
- The name of the chat profile currently assigned to the point of contact, if any.
