Activate/Deactivate a Disposition

Required security profile permissions: Dispositions Deactivate

If you no longer want to use a disposition, you can deactivate it. You can reactivate a deactivated disposition later if you need to. You cannot deactivate a disposition that is assigned to a skill; you must remove the disposition from the skill first. By default, dispositions are active as soon as they are created.

1. Click Routing → Dispositions.

2. Locate the disposition you want to activate or deactivate and click to open it.

   If you do not see the disposition you want to modify in the table, verify that the table is not filtered based on status. To do so, change the Show drop-down to All.

3. Click Activate or Deactivate.
